The DJHL, in partnership with Sportscraft, will be launching a new promotion this play-off season called the Sportscraft Play-off Team of the Week. Since we are a team sport, we recognize the need to sent the right message and to shift the attention more to team performance versus individual performance. Therefore, the Sportscraft Three Stars of the Week promo will be sidelined this year. Now when Team Managers from both teams report the play-off game results, we will look for them to add more game highlights like "our team was down by three goals heading into the third and rallied back to win in the last minute" or we killed off six minutes to squeeze out the win, or "our goalies and defense combined for their second play-off shut-out." You get the picture. Each week the DJHL will announce the winning team and award them a set of team prizes compliments of Sportscraft.
